Himalayan Rescuer Society is a Non-Government Organization, working dedicatedly towards welfare, protection, and rights of animals, especially dogs. We often engage in various activities such as rescue operations, advocacy, awareness campaigns, and community outreach.

We believe that NGOs like us play a crucial role in providing special care, shelter, and assistance to dogs in need. Providing temporary homes and care for stray, abandoned, physically challenged, or surrendered dogs. Our shelter aims to find permanent homes for these dogs through adoption.

Moreover, we also focus on rescuing them from dire situations, providing medical care, two time meals, and rehabilitating them physically and behaviourally.

For us the life of every dog is important, for this, when required, we give on-the-spot treatment to the stray and abandoned dogs. We have two permanent caretakers who keep a close eye on these animals, 24*7.

We usually rely on charity and funding, small help can make a great impact on the lives of these animals. Your contribution is more than just financial aid, it’s a vote of confidence in our mission and a tangible step toward making a real impact.
